If you have a property and you are looking to manage it yourself as a long term let then you have some options with help finding a tenant. This is usually the toughest part in letting - so let someone else do the hard work for you!
We offer a tenant find service and also offer an advertising only service, you can choose what suits you best.
The rates are very competitive; £125 for advertising only and £350 for the tenant find service. The latter including:
- Advertising
- Viewings
- Referencing
- Organisation of compliance (PAT, EICR, gas, legionella, EPC)
- Lease documentation
- Inventory
- Check in of tenant
