• Advertising

• Accompanied viewings

• Referencing of the tenants

• Lease documentation

• Inventory

• Organisation of landlord certificates

• Collection of deposit & first month's rent

• Check in

• Transfer of deposit to tenant deposit scheme

At which point we then hand over the management of the rest of the tenancy to you the landlord.
